- CARPENTRY - wood framing, installation & replacement of doors & windows, finish carpentry, trim & baseboards, installation of cabinets, porches and decks, wood siding installation, arbors, pergolas and wood fences.
- WOOD FLOORING - laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring, glue-down, nail-down, floating, hardwood, prego click-type & wood staircases, refinishing of hardwood floors.
- DRYWALL - New drywall Installation, tape & texture, drywall repairs, Repairs of water damaged drywall, removal of popcorn ceiling and insurance repairs.
- TILE - Installation of ceramic tile, saltillo, travertine, porcelain, glass, and mosaic tile installation. Backsplashes, floors, ADA barrier free showers, shower pans, bathtub surrounds enclosures, counter-tops, fireplace, tub surrounding and walk-in showers.
- ADA ACCESSIBILITY & DISABILITY REMODELS/CONVERSIONS - Include ADA shower/bathtub conversions, wheelchair accessible, barrier-free showers, widening of doorways and ADA handrails, General Modifications, Install low profile threshold ramps, Change out hardware to lever style door handle and easy to grip locks, Install ADA compliant toilets, Single handle or motion activated faucets, Shower wand mounted on sliding bar, Transfer bench in shower or mounted on wall.
- PROPERTY MAINTENANCE programs for commercial offices, retail, industrial, residential, hotels, hospitality, apartment complexes, rental property, churches, restaurants and tenant improvements.
